Metrological product control is part of all operational sequences - from the start of production to delivery.
In addition to conventional measuring equipment, a Mitutoyo CNC 3D measuring machine and a 2D VQC 10/10 measuring unit are used for internal measuring and quality assurance purposes, as well as for measuring foreign products on customer request. 2D components made from sheet metal or other non-translucent basic materials (such as punched or lased materials) are measured with an accuracy of ± 0,05 mm in the shortest possible time, directly in and during the manufacturing process. The measurements may then – depending on the requirements in each case – be documented with log and statistical evaluation or in plotted form.
